Barbara is a marketer with more than 20 years’ experience building market leadership and profitability for B2B businesses. She has helped grow companies across several industries, including financial and professional services, software and SaaS, digital media, telecommunications and management consulting. Her career includes roles as both an internal corporate marketer and external management consultant.

Barbara specializes in identifying and capitalizing on untapped opportunities for brand and revenue growth. Her skills span a wide range of disciplines, including growth strategy, positioning, branding, solution marketing, marketing communications, demand and lead generation, market research, segmentation, new product development, sales enablement, PR and analyst relations. She has spearheaded the successful launch of new businesses and accelerated or restored revenue growth for existing ones. A strong strategic thinker and cross-functional project manager, Barbara has a track record of developing and leading the implementation of winning market strategies in complex, competitive business environments.

Barbara holds an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA, cum laude, in Economics from the University of Maryland.

  • From the ground up, she built the first in-house marketing function for LabAnswer, a scientific and laboratory informatics consultancy, and delivered brand, go-to-market strategies, messaging and marketing programs that fueled 5% revenue growth.
  • The first marketing leader for SunGard’s Global Accounts Management and Consulting Services teams, she developed and launched brand positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies, plus three new solutions offerings, delivering 7% revenue growth in six months.
  • As the head of Marketing & Strategy at The Conference Board, a global membership organization serving Fortune 500 C-level executives, Barbara used comprehensive research to reposition the brand and redefine product offerings. She also developed and launched the Center for Sustainability; year one revenue impact >5%.
  • For a $4B equipment rentals company, she created a new brand identity and delivered a plan to galvanize 13,000 culturally disparate employees around the new brand, achieving 68% employee awareness within six months.
  • At Computer Sciences Corporation, as a senior growth strategy consultant, she led C-level engagements for Fortune 50 banking and financial services clients aimed at driving revenue growth through new market, product, segmentation and distribution strategies. As an example, for the Chairman & CEO of a $9B systems integrator, she generated brand, marketing, product and sales strategies for the Financial Services Practice that doubled revenues within five year
  • As Chief Marketing Officer of WinStar Communications, Barbara launched the first wireless entrant into the deregulated B2B “last mile” telecom market, creating a market-leading brand, substantial barriers to competitive entry and year one revenues of $28 million.
  • At Citibank, Barbara held a variety of Vice President positions in brand image, new product and payment systems development. Among her achievements, she repositioned the Citibank credit card brand—the bank’s most profitable business—and introduced a new $80 million ad campaign and PR program that led to a 15% improvement in brand image. She also conceived and launched the “photocard” which resulted in a 20% growth in revenues and created sustained competitive advantage.
  • At the advent of telecom deregulation, Barbara led MCI’s national consumer marketing efforts, growing revenues over 60% while simultaneously reducing expense-to-revenue ratio by 35%.

Robert is a web designer, SEO and digital marketing expert with over 20 years’ experience. Robert specializes in Website Design, SEO Marketing, PPC AdWords Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-Mail Marketing, E-Commerce, and is well versed in content writing. He brings Internet growth marketing best practices and techniques and has launched new web businesses, brought existing offline businesses online and improved existing online operations.

Over the past 20 years, Robert has designed, built and maintained more than 100 websites, including several high-volume E-Commerce sites. As part of this, he has helped international manufacturers and retailers bring their products and services to global and local markets via online operations.

Robert specializes in attaining Search Engine rankings at a cost that delivers high ROI for businesses across an array of industries. He has also provided SEO, PPC AdWords, Remarketing, Email and Social Media marketing services, implementing campaigns that have achieved high ranking for products and services on Google, Amazon and Social Media channels. Additionally, Robert excels at WordPress, the most popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, and email marketing programs such as Campaigner or Mail Chimp.

  • From 2001 to 2007, Robert worked with the CEO of TIDHealth.com to establish one of the first online stores selling wholesale vitamins and supplements directly to registered Doctors. As part of this, he integrated systems to automatically update the website and produced the first standalone CD-ROM vitamin catalog of over 3,000 products for distribution at trade events. These web and trade marketing efforts grew the business tenfold in seven years, and led to Emerson Ecologics’ purchase of TIDHealth.com for an undisclosed amount.
  • From 2007 to 2014, Robert provided Website Development and Search Engine Marketing and Optimizations services to NetNutri.com, a publicly held vitamin and supplement company. As part of this, he built a 3,000-product e-commerce website. Robert’s efforts grew sales from $150,000 per month to an average of $500,000 per monoth, with peak months breaking $1 million.
  • With Social Media, it’s imperative to grow an audience that is more than just “followers.” Robert has rapidly grown accounts from 0 to over 10K followers and has developed successful strategies to convert followers into customers. As part of this, Robert has helped clients balance ROI maximization with brand building and other objectives.
  • Robert has deep experience developing targeted e-mail lists that help you stay in direct contact with your customers, build relationships, demonstrate your expertise and drive sales.
